Returns & Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to Susta Foods will be for your own account. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Susta Foods with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging (Susta foods BV, Langeweg 51, 3233 LM Oostvoorne). To exercise this right, please contact us at email@example.com. We will then refund the amount of the order within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order.

Our employees of the complaints department will review the complaint and try to everyone’s satisfaction to resolve the complaint.
After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us.
We will answer your complaint within 14 days after receipt, if it takes more time, we will inform you of this.
